Abstract. - The factors which are involved in the climate formation are: the solar radiation, the general circulation of the atmosphere, the underlying surface, the relief, the hydrographic network, the vegetation, the soils and in an small percentage the human factor. The land of Lovistea, by his position in regards to the national territory (in the south-west part), by his physical characteristics, like spatial extension, types of relief, hydrography and vegetation and by land usage and distribution and extent of humanized spaces, becomes a peculiar region with certain particularities like specific topoclimates.
