ABSTRACT.- River flow particularities in the Hârtibaciu hydrographical basin. The river flow particularities of the most extended hydrographical basin in the Transilvanian Plateau have arisen from the processing and the interpretation of the physical data collected from three hydrometric stations over the period of 1953-2005. To begin with, we have analysis the annual average flow and its’ variation in the multianual profile as well as the annual hydrological balance. Moreover, we have enlighted the particularities of flow distribution over the year. At the end of the study we have analysis high flow periods (floods and flash-floods) and periods represented by a low flow (daily, monthly and annual minimum flow rate).
